How to Redeem:
1. Purchase min RM 60 worth of UFC Velvet products from any VG or B.I.G. outlets in Malaysia from 27th May - 30th June 2021. (Accumulated receipts are allowed).2. Scan the QR code / Key in the link http://tiny.cc/ufcyogamat to fill up the redemption form.
3. Retain the original receipt for validation purposes.
4. Yoga Mat will be delivered to your doorstep once the redemption period is closed.
Terms & Conditions of UFC Yoga Mat Redemption:
- This promotion is organized by Ace Canning Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (the Organizer) and is only for Village Grocer and B.I.G outlet in Malaysia.
- This promotion is open to all Malaysian aged 18 and above with valid National Registered Identity Card (NRIC). Employees of the Organizer, its related companies, promotion partner, agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this contest.
- UFC Yoga Mat Redemption promotion starts from 27 May 2021 until 30 June 2021.
- Online redemption form must be received latest by 23:59:59 (Malaysia time), 30 June 2021 to be eligible for the redemption item. Any online redemption forms received after this period (due to any reason howsoever and/or whatsoever arising) shall be automatically disqualified.
- The organizer reserves the right to replace the redemption items with items of similar value. Redemption items are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash.
- Online redemption forms that are incorrect, incomplete, illegible or without proof of purchase will be not be entertained.
- All decisions made by the Organizer are final. The Organizer will not entertain any request to appeal or review decisions made by the Participant. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any invalid forms.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify and suspend or change the redemption promotions and its redemption items.
- The Organizer also reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add on to these Rules and Regulations without prior notice.
- Redemption items are based on while stocks last.
- Redemption items will be posted to the address given by participants on the online redemption form 5-8 weeks after Promotion Period.
- Participant hereby acknowledges that the information provided herein is true and accurate.
- Organizer will take precautionary measures and will not be liable to any damages such as lost redemption items and late delivery arise during postage process.
- The Organizer reserves the right to publish and/or display the details and/or photographs of participants for advertising and publicity purposes either print or electronic media.
- By participating in this promotion, participants hereby agree to be bounded by the Rules and Regulations of the Promotion.
